• Ensures all given objectives of the team are properly documented and approved

Requirements:

• Bachelor or master’s degree in engineering
• PMP/Prince2
• Knowledge in project management tools and their application, proven project management record
• Knowledge of semiconductor processes and packages
• Delivering on commitment – always demonstrating full accountability for project deliverables,“removing obstacles”
• Demonstrating “customer obsession” by actively looking for opportunities to reduce TTM
• Demonstrating “owners mindset”, critical judgement
• Very good communication and negotiation skills
